• When upgrading

  When a Lite Plan customer upgrades to a Business Plan, the Business Plan monthly fee will be charged at the time of the upgrade. However, the amount will be calculated based on the number of days remaining on the Lite Plan and deducted from the charge.

  Example:

  If a user uses “Lite Plan” for 10 days and then switches to “Business Plan”, the user will be charged an additional $56.7 for the remaining 20 days (about $3.3) of the Lite plan fee at the time of the switch. The additional fee of approximately $56.7 will be charged at the time of the switchover.

• When downgrading

  If a Business Plan customer downgrades to a Light Plan, the plan's monthly fee will begin to apply at the next billing cycle. If a user signs up for a Business Plan on July 22, 2022 and switches to a Lite Plan 10 or 15 days later, for example, the Lite Plan monthly fee will begin to apply on August 22, 2022.

  Attention

  Note that the actual changeover of the user's usage plan to the Lite Plan will not take place at the time of the selection in user settings, but will be effective on August 22, 2022.

  When downgrading, if the current usage conditions do not fall under the defined conditions of the lighter plan, it will be handled as follows.

  • Additional features (e.g., IP address restrictions) will no longer be available.
  • In cases such as the number of projects exceeding the limits, the plan change will not take place unless the conditions are met by the next billing date. (Notification will be made at the time of application.)
  • If the storage capacity is exceeded, the plan will be changed on the next billing date, and the excess images will incur a charge per GB (1000 yen/1GB/month). (You will be notified of the additional charge at the time of application that you must delete some images, but the exact amount for extra charge will not be calculated.)
    • (However, if the existing images exceed the limits of the lighter plan you would like to change to, downgrading will not be allowed upon application.)
  • If the number of managed users exceeds the limits, the plan change will only be effective on the next billing date, and the excess number of managed users will incur a fee. (However, if the number of managed users already exceeds the limits of “Light Plan” or “Starter Plan”, downgrading will be declined.)
